60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, include all accessories and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support at help@revolis.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Ship the item(s) back to the provided address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days on our side, but bank or card processing times may vary.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable.
- If a discount or promotion was applied, the refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item (for example, a different product, color, or size):
- Request a refund and return the original item as described above.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.
